With a month's notice, I strategized with the Director of Marketing, designed (using a combination of Adobe's Illustrator, InDesign and AfterEffects) and rolled out this brand. This is a site designed for the mobile web. It was inspired by a book I read that suggested that the instinct to scroll through a phone stems from a psychological need to constantly make use of the hands. Personally, that instinct had always frustrated me in mixed company, so I aimed to create a solution.
This is a branding concept for the country of Indonesia. Inspired by the country's existing motto, "Unity in Diversity," the intention was to visually demonstrate that despite geographic distance between islands in the world's largest archipelago, each island works together to make the country what it is.
